  1. Excellent essay. I am new to this website and find the information you provide invaluable to those of us who hold to a conspiratorial view of history, and want the facts – along with a better understanding – to defend our views.

  2. Daurade says:

When I visited La Recoleta cemetery in Buenos Aires, I saw a tomb covered in Masonic images. It was ex-President Sarmiento. I looked him up….One of his claims to fame is that it was under his mandate that education became secular, free, and compulsory. Clearly the idea was to unhitch education from the Church. I hadn’t realized before this the extent to which public education was linked to Freemasonry.

I was astounded by the Masonic imagery all over Buenos Aires, Montevideo, and Rio.

I even saw a Positivist Church in Rio: Order and Progress as the flag says….
