Henry Kissinger to teach Sarah Palin about foreign affairs

REPUBLICAN vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin is to take her first tentative steps on to the world stage, at UN talks with the leaders of Afghanistan, Pakistan and India.
John McCain’s selection of Ms Palin has been criticised due to her lack of foreign affairs experience.
The Alaskan Governor, who describes herself as a hockey mum and a pit bull with lipstick, has argued that she is ready for the world’s second most powerful job, despite never having met a foreign head of state before today.
She got her first passport last year.
Ms Palin defended her national security credentials in a television interview this month, during which she said she had insight into Russia because “you can actually see Russia from land here in Alaska”.
Today, Ms Palin will receive a crash course in international affairs from Henry Kissinger, the former US Secretary of State to Republican presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford.
He is renowned for pioneering “shuttle diplomacy”.
After being prepped, Ms Palin will hold high-level talks with Colombian President Alvaro Uribe and Afghan President Hamid Karzai who are in New York for the annual United Nations General Assembly.
The day after she will have a joint meeting with Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili and Ukrainian President Viktor Yuschenko, before meeting separately with Iraqi President Jalal Talabani, Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
One of the highlights will be a meeting with Bono, lead singer of U2, who has become a global spokesman for humanitarian causes.
But perhaps Palin needed some worldly advice to come a bit sooner - in a move which is likely to alienate her from media across the globe, the vice presidential nominee has banned reporters from attending the meetings, allowing access only to photographers and a television crew.
CNN, which was providing the television coverage for news organisations, decided to pull its TV crew, effectively denying Palin the high visibility she had sought.
Earlier, former US President Democrat Bill Clinton, said he understands why Ms Palin is popular in the American heartland: because people relate to her.
“I come from Arkansas. I get why she’s hot out there, why she’s doing well,” he said.

Henry bloody Kissinger is wanted in several countries in the world and has to plan his trips carefully for fear of arrest. what a joke, this 80 something year old thug teaching a Rotweiller with lipstick about “Foreign Relations”.
I could do a better job, I’d watch out for Palin she is a dangerous woman, especially if she happens to be in with the likes of Cheney and Rove.
McKain is just the puppet it will be Palin who has the real power. Quick someone knobble her before it’s too late. The more I read here, the more I am starting to dislike Americans and everything they pretensd to stand for.

John Wheatcroft, I’m with you! I dislike Americans too, and I AM an American! In fact, during the last seven years, I have actually grown to DETEST America and Americans! Henry Kissinger is one of the reasons I do so. The power and prestige he has enjoyed over the last forty years, despite all his despicable crimes, speaks volumes about this country.
Wheatcroft, you are absolutely right about Palin. She is dangerous because she is a fanatic, like all the fascist fanatics that have seized control of this country, and she will quite dutifully do her part in enforcing the constantly unfolding American Christofascist dictatorship, should she and McMarkofCain be “elected.” Of course, Obama binLickin’, as David Icke has so aptly dubbed him, because of his slavish pandering to Israel, will be just as dutiful in enforcing his own fascist dictatorship. Unfortunately, American politics seems to have spawned fascists as far as the eye can see.
I don’t think Palin would have any actual power, however. America’s fascist elite aren’t crazy. “People” like Kissinger and Carl Rove would have the real power. Palin would be called upon only for photo ops and the odd speech, VERY odd!

The very fact that Kisssinger is bothering with Palin should be a good indicator as to who “the powers that be”, have already selected as the next presidential team.Of course she’ll be a figurehead as are they all.

Sarah Palin is an AL Mossad agent. The Mossad/CIA plan to kill MCCain as soon as he is elected-blame it on someone else, start a race civil war and install marshall law. Palin will not be the next president-she will be the first US Dictator. All the measures that Bush has been enacting to give himself more power and to deny americans their rights, have been on Palin’s behalf. The Concentration camps all over the country are for her dictatorship. The we will have it worse than the palestinians do under Israel. THen Yellowstone Super volcano will erupt-it will be God’s punishment on the USA for worshipping the anti-christ-the jews who are all sociopaths, the opposite of Christ-which is love.
