Sounds like they’re a bunch of totally Gnarly Gnarlinton, Bich’n Vatican Assassin, Tiger-blooded Warlocks! Don’t think they’re all legit Catholic Anti-Muslims though. Too many of them are aligned with pro-abortion/pro-eugenics groups (Safari Club and all) to be so-called right-wing Catholics. Say what you will about the Catholic Church they don’t cotton to abortion.

This whole 21st century reiteration of the Crusades, mercenary companies, allegations of fundamentalist-fuelled violence, and the purported link between the Knights of Malta and the CIA is sure some heady cocktail.
It’ll be a trip to see how far Hersh really goes with his book on this.
