  1. Joshua York Says:

Have these people even looked into the foundation teachings? While I am not affiliated with the Church of Scientology, I think that they have some good ideas. The main one being that a person should think for themselves. (!)

A practicing Scientologist would rate any action on a scale of benefit or detriment. Any action, according to Scientology affects a person, personally, their sex and children, their groups, and the human race as a whole. Then they train themselves to systematically choose in a way that benefits the most, while doing the least harm.

Also, who among the stone throwers has a perfectly clear conscience? Do you believe that self defamation is the way to “heaven”? It is your birthright to be happy and productive. It seems obvious that everyone has “hangups”. Would you like to be free of them? While I am not about to pay the church to audit me, in an effort to clear my psyche of them, I do have a copy of Self Analysis, and recommend it to anyone wishing to grasp a bit of Scientology’s process. With power comes corruption, yet seeing others who feel no guilt, breeds resentment; wouldn’t you agree? Are the French snobbish, or do they simply refuse to be self loathing, as a “good” protestant American would be.

Don’t be so quick to jump on the anti-Scientology bandwagon.

If you’re not affiliated with the Scientologist then I’m not enjoying a delicious carrot stick with ranch dip right now (I am.) If you think Scientology teaches people to think for themselves then your either really confused or your not thinking for yourself.

Please everyone, this is one bandwagon you actually should jump on.
