This is an interesting idea that the increase of public surveillance and the public’s awareness of it leads to self policing under the assumption that one is constantly being watched thus producing compliance of some sort to the reason why one is being watched or’monitored in the first place.Like the adult elephant with just a log chain around one ankle the animal brain washed into thinking it is restrained from years of conditioning with the log chain …
