Mubarak Toppled by CIA Because He Opposed US Plans for War with Iran

Sunday, March 6th, 2011 - by Terry Melanson

Webster G. Tarpley, Ph.D. - February 18, 2011

There never was an “Egyptian revolution,” but rather a behind-the-scenes military putsch by a junta of CIA puppet generals who evidently could not succeed in their goal of ousting Hosni Mubarak without the help of a heavy-duty ultimatum from Washington in the night between Thursday, February 10 and Friday, February 11, 2011. There is growing evidence that the threat in question involved the seizure or blocking of the Suez Canal, the Egyptian waterway which carries over 8% of all seaborne world trade, which the imperialists tried to grab back in 1956, and from which they would today like to exclude China, Iran, and Russia. As for Mubarak, there are strong indications that he was toppled by Washington and London because he opposed the current US-UK plan to organize a block of Sunni Arab states such as Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and the Gulf states — under a US nuclear umbrella and shoulder to shoulder with Israel — for purposes of confrontation and war with Iran, Syria, Hezbollah, and their Shiite and radical allies.

This means that, with the fall of Mubarak, the Middle East has taken a big step on the road to general war. As for the junta, they have now dissolved parliament, shredded the constitution, and announced six months of martial law.

In the days after Mubarak’s fall, the Anglo-American controlled media chorus chanted obsessively that this was one regime change in the Arab world which had been brought about by the Egyptian people, all by themselves. In reality, the relatively limited popular agitation was actually the least important factor in toppling the long-serving Egyptian rais. Since there was no real mass organization capable of seizing power, and no program of economic reconstruction, development, and reform which could have united the efforts of larger sectors of the Egyptian population, Egypt was left to the tender mercies of the now standard CIA/National Endowment for Democracy color revolution, people power coup, or postmodern putsch. According to this recipe, the destabilization was begun by gathering the privileged youth of the upper middle classes — the ones with access to the Internet, Google, Facebook, and Twitter — in Tahrir Square, where, despite their relatively anemic numbers in a city as big as Cairo, they provided a photo opportunity for the Al Jazeera television network, which shamelessly served as the demagogic speaking tube of British intelligence, the former colonial power in Egypt.

DNA “Genetic Patdown” Introduced to Airports by DHS

Sunday, March 6th, 2011 - by Terry Melanson

Nicholas West - February 27, 2011

A new level of invasive screening is scheduled for airports this summer: a portable DNA scanner to conduct on-site, real-time genetic testing.

This technology is being implemented under the cover of combating human trafficking, illegal immigration, and finding missing persons, but Richard Seldon of NetBio, creator of the scanners, clearly states that “DNA information has the potential to become part of the fabric of day-to-day life.” In an interview with Katie Drummond who broke this story for The Daily, Seldon envisions additional applications in emergency rooms, food safety tests, and law enforcement.

DNA collection is actually nothing new, as the Pentagon has admitted that it currently has a DNA database with 80,000 suspected foreign terrorists on it, and growing daily. However, this collection apparatus has been secretly in place for Americans as well. Lawsuits are pending from families who uncovered a secret program to collect DNA from babies and store it in a military database. However, that was a secret that had to be uncovered. The fact that DNA screening is being rolled out openly marks a new level of blatant tyranny in America.

Codex Pseudo-Science is Wrong About Colloidal Silver

Sunday, March 6th, 2011 - by Terry Melanson

Redicecreations - 2011 02 26

As of January 1, 2010, colloidal silver has officially been banned (by the EU food authorities) throughout the European Union. It can no longer be legally sold in any health food store or by any internet vendor in the EU as a nutritional supplement. There is a concerted worldwide effort to either ban colloidal silver completely, or to so heavily regulate it as a “toxin” or “pesticide” that you would need a prescription or permit to use it.

Silver has long been seen as the perfect natural antibiotic. In the old days cowboys used to fill their canteens with fresh water and then toss in a silver coin to keep that water pure in the hottest weather. Silver has been used for decades in the eyes of newborns to prevent infection. The fact is, harmful bacteria cannot survive in an environment that is rich with silver particles. That is why colloidal silver is such a powerful potion in the fight against disease.

Colloids are the smallest biological form of any matter. They are small enough to pass through membranes and therefore they skip past the digestive process and are easily absorbed by the body. The word “colloidal” means that the silver is electrically removed from its source and attached to water molecules to form a new molecule. It is however an extremely unstable molecule and must be kept in dark glass bottles, out of direct sunlight. The new molecule falls apart when stored in a plastic container.

It appears Pierre Charles L’Enfant was a Freemason afterall

Sunday, March 6th, 2011 - by Terry Melanson

See The Masonic Career of Major Pierre Charles L’Enfant.

It wouldn’t surprise me if somewhere down the line - if they look hard enough - Pierre Eugene du Simitiere and William Barton are identified as Masons as well, even someone like Thomas Jefferson. Another example is the Compte de Mirabeau’s long contested membership in Freemasonry which has only recently been documented by Grand Orient Mason, professor Charles Porset.

Our Secret Connections with the Muslim Brotherhood

Sunday, March 6th, 2011 - by Terry Melanson

Ian Johnson - March 10, 2011

As US-backed strongmen around North Africa and the Middle East are being toppled or shaken by popular protests, Washington is grappling with a crucial foreign policy issue: how to deal with the powerful but opaque Muslim Brotherhood. In Egypt, the Brotherhood has taken an increasingly forceful part in the protests, issuing a statement on February 3 calling for Mubarak’s immediate resignation. And though it is far from clear what role the Brotherhood would have if Mubarak were to step down, the movement is likely to be a major player in any transitional government.

Journalists and pundits are already giving advice on the strengths and dangers of this eighty-three-year-old Islamist movement, whose various national branches are the most potent opposition force in virtually all of these countries. Some wonder how the Brotherhood will treat Israel, or if it really has renounced violence. Most—including the Obama administration—seem to think that it is a movement the West can do business with, even if the White House denies formal contacts.

If this discussion evokes a sense of déjà vu, that is because over the past sixty years we have had it many times before, with almost identical outcomes. Since the 1950s, the United States has secretly struck up alliances with the Brotherhood or its offshoots on issues as diverse as fighting communism and calming tensions among European Muslims. And if we look to history, we can see a familiar pattern: each time, US leaders have decided that the Brotherhood could be useful and tried to bend it to America’s goals, and each time, maybe not surprisingly, the only party that clearly has benefited has been the Brotherhood.

How can Americans be unaware of this history? Credit a mixture of wishful thinking and a national obsession with secrecy, which has shrouded the US government’s extensive dealings with the Brotherhood.

The Annals of Eugenics

Sunday, March 6th, 2011 - by Terry Melanson

In a 1926 article in American Anthropologist, E.A. Hooten reviews the brand new journal Annals of Eugenics, a publication devoted to “racial problems” that “every anthropologist will welcome.”

Martin Robbins - 23 February 2011

Eugenics is, for good reason, a neglected part of the history of science. It is often associated with genocidal dictatorships such as the Nazi regime, but it’s easy to forget the uncomfortable truth that this was a well-established field in America and Britain too, only a few generations ago.

The following is a look at a PDF I stumbled across a few years ago; anthropologist E.A. Hooten’s 1926 review (pdf) of the first issue of a new journal called “Annals of Eugenics: A Journal for the Scientific Study of Racial Problems.”

The journal was issued by the Francis Galton Laboratory for National Eugenics, University of London, and this was no fringe publication - the Institute for Scientific Information listed it as one of the “262 journals published between 1900-1944 … identified as providing the most relevant significant and useful information of that era to today’s researcher”. Hooten was a “U.S. physical anthropologist known for his work on racial classification”, so what did he make of this new journal?
