The Lost Symbol and Masonry, Part 1: The Scottish Rite Likely to be Slammed by Dan Brown

Freemason Mark Koltko-Rivera used to have a blog (now defunct) devoted to the forthcoming The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown. There were a series of Tweet clues sent to fans - 42 in all - and Koltko-Rivera had skillfully analysed them all.

Here, from one of his other sites, is what he has concluded.

The Global Warming Hoax

Sunday, July 19th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Bret Burquest - July 13, 2009

Isn’t it interesting how all our problems seem to be global these days. A global war on terrorism, a global economic crisis, the need for a global currency, global trade, global health concerns, global warming, etc.
It’s almost as if someone is pushing for a one-world government, with a one-world monetary system, a one-world police force, a one-world set of rules and a population of obedient worker bees to keep the whole economic engine going at full throttle.

Except for the Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, the Bilderberg Group, Pindar, powerful international bankers, Skull and Bones, global elitist power brokers, the Military-Industrial Complex, the CIA, the KGB, the Federal Reserve, the international Communist conspiracy, the Knights of Malta, the Club of Rome, the 13 ruling families of the Illuminati (Rothschild, Bruce, Cavendish, De Medici, Hanover, Hapsburg, Krupp, Plantagenet, Rockefeller, Romanov, Sinclair, Warburg, Windsor) and the ghost of Adam Weishaupt, I can’t imagine who would have a motive to create a one-world government and slither their way to the top of the pyramid of power to rule the world.

Global problems, such as global warming, require global solutions.

Climate change: The sun and the oceans do not lie

Sunday, July 19th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Christopher Booker - 11 Jul 2009

The moves now being made by the world’s political establishment to lock us into December’s Copenhagen treaty to halt global warming are as alarming as anything that has happened in our lifetimes. Last week in Italy, the various branches of our emerging world government, G8 and G20, agreed in principle that the world must by 2050 cut its CO2 emissions in half. Britain and the US are already committed to cutting their use of fossil fuels by more than 80 per cent. Short of an unimaginable technological revolution, this could only be achieved by closing down virtually all our economic activity: no electricity, no transport, no industry. All this is being egged on by a gigantic publicity machine, by the UN, by serried ranks of government-funded scientists, by cheerleaders such as Al Gore, last week comparing the fight against global warming to that against Hitler’s Nazis, and by politicians who have no idea what they are setting in train.

What makes this even odder is that the runaway warming predicted by their computer models simply isn’t happening. Last week one of the four official sources of temperature measurement, compiled from satellite data by the University of Huntsville, Alabama, showed that temperatures have now fallen to their average level since satellite data began 30 years ago.

Rockefeller Propaganda: Climate change ‘will cause civilisation to collapse’

Sunday, July 19th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Authoritative new study sets out a grim vision of shortages and violence – but amid all the gloom, there is some hope too

By Jonathan Owen
Sunday, 12 July 2009

An effort on the scale of the Apollo mission that sent men to the Moon is needed if humanity is to have a fighting chance of surviving the ravages of climate change. The stakes are high, as, without sustainable growth, “billions of people will be condemned to poverty and much of civilisation will collapse”.

This is the stark warning from the biggest single report to look at the future of the planet – obtained by The Independent on Sunday ahead of its official publication next month. Backed by a diverse range of leading organisations such as Unesco, the World Bank, the US army and the Rockefeller Foundation, the 2009 State of the Future report runs to 6,700 pages and draws on contributions from 2,700 experts around the globe. Its findings are described by Ban Ki-moon, Secretary-General of the UN, as providing “invaluable insights into the future for the United Nations, its member states, and civil society”.

New Disclosures Tighten ISNA-Muslim Brotherhood Bonds

Sunday, July 19th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Steven Emerson - July 22, 2008

The Islamic Society of North America’s (ISNA) roots in the Muslim Brotherhood have been strengthened by newly declassified FBI memos and from a second, highly unlikely source.

The records, recently obtained by the Investigative Project on Terrorism through Freedom of Information Act requests, show that FBI agents investigated a parent organization to ISNA, the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), during the mid 1980s.

The FBI investigation concluded that the Muslim Brotherhood members who founded U.S.-based groups had risen to “leadership roles within NAIT and its related organizations,” including ISNA, “which means they are in a position to direct the activities and support of Muslims in the U.S. for the Islamic Revolution.”

Conditioning by Music, Part 1

Sunday, July 19th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Dennis L. Cuddy, Ph.D. - July 13, 2009

On the back of the cover page of my The Road to Socialism and the New World Order, I have a picture of the famous Fabian Socialist window with its inscription “Remould it nearer to the heart’s desire.” So is it any wonder that President Obama’s policies are moving us toward Socialism when at a townhall meeting in Arnold, Missouri, on April 29, 2009, he said “We’re working to remake America”? He will remake (remould) America (it) nearer to his heart’s desire, and that is as an increasingly Socialist nation. If you doubt Obama is doing this, look at his appointment of Carol Browner as Assistant to the President for Energy and Climate Change. She’s been a member of Socialist International (SI) Commission for a Sustainable World Society, and there is a photo of her addressing SI’s XXIII Congress in Athens, Greece on June 30, 2008. She is a strong supporter of “cap-and-trade” carbon emission controls, which will send many more American jobs overseas.

According to Fabian Socialist George Bernard Shaw, they (Fabian Socialists) set out to “Educate, Agitate, Organize.” Relevant to “Organize,” Obama was a community “organizer” following the model of Saul Alinsky, author of Rules for Radicals (1971), which had an acknowledgement to Lucifer at the front. Relevant to “Educate,” John Lloyd (former executive director of the Kansas National Education Association) said that this Alinsky book has been the “bible” of the National Education Association (NEA). And relevant to “Agitate,” Alinsky wrote that the radical organizer “dedicated to changing the life of a particular community must first rub raw the resentments of the people of the community; fan the latent hostilities of many of the people to the point of overt expression. He must search out controversy and issues…. An organizer must stir up dissatisfaction and discontent….” Obama has been a radical organizer “dedicated to changing” America, which is now headed down the path toward Socialism as desired by the Fabians.

Gore: U.S. Climate Bill Will Help Bring About ‘Global Governance’

Sunday, July 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Marc Morano - July 10, 2009

Former Vice President Al Gore declared that the Congressional climate bill will help bring about “global governance.”

“I bring you good news from the U.S., “Gore said on July 7, 2009 in Oxford at the Smith School World Forum on Enterprise and the Environment, sponsored by UK Times.

“Just two weeks ago, the House of Representatives passed the Waxman-Markey climate bill,” Gore said, noting it was “very much a step in the right direction.” President Obama has pushed for the passage of the bill in the Senate and attended a G8 summit this week where he agreed to attempt to keep the Earth’s temperatures from rising more than 2 degrees C.

Gore touted the Congressional climate bill, claiming it “will dramatically increase the prospects for success” in combating what he sees as the “crisis” of man-made global warming.

“But it is the awareness itself that will drive the change and one of the ways it will drive the change is through global governance and global agreements.” (Editor’s Note: Gore makes the “global governance” comment at the 1min. 10 sec. mark in this UK Times video.)

Gore’s call for “global governance” echoes former French President Jacques Chirac’s call in 2000.

John Holdren, Obama’s Science Czar, says: Forced abortions and mass sterilization needed to save the planet

Sunday, July 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Book he authored in 1977 advocates for extreme totalitarian measures to control the population

Forced abortions. Mass sterilization. A “Planetary Regime” with the power of life and death over American citizens.

The tyrannical fantasies of a madman? Or merely the opinions of the person now in control of science policy in the United States? Or both?

These ideas (among many other equally horrifying recommendations) were put forth by John Holdren, whom Barack Obama has recently appointed Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, Assistant to the President for Science and Technology, and Co-Chair of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology — informally known as the United States’ Science Czar. In a book Holdren co-authored in 1977, the man now firmly in control of science policy in this country wrote that:

• Women could be forced to abort their pregnancies, whether they wanted to or not;
• The population at large could be sterilized by infertility drugs intentionally put into the nation’s drinking water or in food;
• Single mothers and teen mothers should have their babies seized from them against their will and given away to other couples to raise;
• People who “contribute to social deterioration” (i.e. undesirables) “can be required by law to exercise reproductive responsibility” — in other words, be compelled to have abortions or be sterilized.
• A transnational “Planetary Regime” should assume control of the global economy and also dictate the most intimate details of Americans’ lives — using an armed international police force.

Who’s afraid of billions of people?

Sunday, July 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Brendan O’Neill - 9 July 2009

It is UN World Population Day on Saturday 11 July, when various United Nations bodies will try to convince us that population growth is the cause of much of the planet’s economic and environmental crises. Here, we publish an edited version of a speech given by spiked editor Brendan O’Neill in London on 3 July, in which he argued against all attempts to curb human numbers.

Today, I want to argue that there should be absolutely no limits on population growth and no attempt whatsoever to cajole, coerce or convince people into having fewer children. I hope that in my lifetime the human population on Earth will reach the tens of billions, and it will not be a problem if, in the future, it rises to hundreds of billions.

The reason I say this is because our attitudes to the population level fundamentally reflect our attitudes to human ingenuity. The population debate is frequently dressed up in demographic and scientific clothing, but really it is a political issue, reflecting different political attitudes. Where you stand on population today tells us a lot about where you stand on the idea of progress, of civilisation, and of humanity itself.

The Truth of Transformers 2: Esoteric Analysis

Sunday, July 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Jay Dyer - June 26, 2009

Yes, I admit it, I went to see Transformers 2. It was so bad I was hoping it would transform into a different movie. But what can you expect from Michael Bay. While this movie had almost nothing good about it, there are a couple conspiratorial/esoteric elements worth mentioning. Shia Labeouf’s character moves off to college and happens to fall in with a band of annoying preppy, frat-boy “conspiracy theorists” who run a website devoted to exposing the truth about government coverups. This was clearly a reference to yours truly (just kidding). What is interesting about this was the portrayal of the “conspiracy.” The theorists had been speculating along with others about the existence of aliens among us. What we find out is that the “alien Transformers” are really ancient deities with super advanced technology and they are among us - some protecting, others seeking to destroy. But between the hour-long explosions and the 75 trademark Michael Bay lense flares, we can perceive a deeper meaning.

World oil prices doubled during the last 6 months..!

Sunday, July 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Fluctuation in oil prices over the years due to supply and demand market mechanisms is a common phenomenon; however there were instances whereby the oil prices changed rapidly due to reasons beyond supply and demand principles. One major noticeable price hike was experienced in the early 1970’s. The reason behind this rapid increase was the Club of Rome Report. The report, entitled ‘Limits to Growth’, examined the predicament of mankind. Its conclusions were stunning. It was published in 30 languages and sold over 30 million copies. According to the report the world would eventually run out of many key resources. The depletion of resources would be the ultimate predicament of mankind. In the 1970’s the Club of Rome wrote that the world would run out of oil during the next 3-4 decades.
