The Rockefeller Plan, Part 3

Monday, January 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Dennis L. Cuddy, Ph.D. - January 12, 2009

[NOTE: President-Elect Obama has chosen Hillary Clinton to be his Secretary of State, and she seems favorably disposed toward world government. Just as Bill Clinton’s Rhodes scholar roommate and number 2 at the State Department, Strobe Talbott, won a World Federalist Association award for supporting world government, in 1999 Walter Cronkite won the same award. At the ceremony, Cronkite referred to the need to move “toward world government” and said “we Americans will have to yield up some of our sovereignty.” Hillary Clinton congratulated Cronkite on receiving the award, saying, “Tonight we honor you for fighting for ‘the way it could be’.” Then she commented, “With your continuing leadership, we can sail across these unnavigated seas into the 21st century. And there’s no better captain I can imagine, than you. Thank you, my friend.” This clearly indicates Hillary Clinton’s favorable philosophical disposition toward world government, and with Obama proclaiming himself a “world citizen” (the word “citizen” implies legal obligations), the movement toward world government under Obama/Clinton should accelerate.

In fact, there are so many Clinton administration officials named by Obama to his administration that it appears the Power Elite’s “alternation of power” scenario is still operative (George H.W. Bush followed by Bill Clinton followed by George W. Bush now followed by Clinton administration officials with Obama as a figurehead). The reason I say Obama is a figurehead is that presidents are extremely dependent upon their advisors and department heads, and Obama’s great lack of experience makes him especially dependent upon the information those around him choose to give to, or withhold from, him.]

In addition to the educational, social control and economic components of the Rockefeller plan, there is also the spiritual/religious component. I’ve already mentioned how John D. Rockefeller used the Baptist minister Frederick Gates at the beginning of the 20th Century, and in 1913 the Rockefeller Foundation helped organize and fund the American Social Hygiene Association “for reconsideration of public attitudes toward prostitution.” This was followed by the Foundation’s funding of the sex research of Alfred Kinsey beginning in the later 1930s, which would lead to an undermining of Biblical admonitions against fornication, child molestation, etc.

Betrayed! FBI Provocateur Sets-Up Anti-RNC Activists on Trumped-Up “Terrorism” Charges

Monday, January 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Antifascist - January 7, 2009

An FBI provocateur and undercover informant, Brandon Michael Darby, unmasked himself December 30 in a bizarre letter to the Independent Media Center (IMC), an activist website and alternative news clearinghouse.

Darby’s admission came after government documents were provided to defense attorneys representing Bradley Crowder and David McKay. The activists were arrested in early September during the Republican National Convention and charged with one count of possession of firearms. They remain in jail awaiting trial.

Global Warming Update: ‘Earth on the Brink of an Ice Age’

Monday, January 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Noel Sheppard - January 11, 2009

As Democrats and their president-elect — with invaluable assistance from their media minions — continue spreading climate hysteria in order to raise taxes and redistribute wealth, a possibly inconvenient truth has just been presented to the international community: “The earth is now on the brink of entering another Ice Age, according to a large and compelling body of evidence from within the field of climate science.”

Bill Moyers on Israel/Gaza

Monday, January 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Glenn Greenwald - Saturday Jan. 10, 2009

On his PBS Journal Show last night, Bill Moyers delivered a poignant essay on Israel/Gaza (video below).  The whole segment is worth watching — it begins with coverage of a mostly ignored anti-war march this week in Washington (while media hordes, down the street, fixated on the Roland Burris circus) — but Moyers’ essay begins at roughly the 2:20 mark.

Will Diving Dollar Force Acceptance of ‘Amero’ Currency?

Monday, January 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Victor Thorn - American Free Press Issue # 3, January 19, 2009

FINANCIAL EXPERTS ARE SPEAKING loud and clear. “The dollar is a doomed currency, thanks to Washington,” well-known investor Jim Rogers said on Nov. 25. Peter Schiff, president of Euro Pacific Capital and adviser for Ron Paul’s 2008 GOP primary campaign, took it one step further.

“This is just not a financial crisis. This is an economic collapse. Our entire phony economy is collapsing around us. There is nothing the government can do to stop it. They should just get out of the way and let it happen.”

David Tobin of Mission Capital Advisers agrees, stating on November 24, “The banking system is bankrupt.”

Exxon Mobil now supports carbon tax

Monday, January 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Old-Thinker News | Jan. 10, 2009

The media is hailing Exxon Mobil’s announcement in favor of carbon tax proposals as a shocking, unbelievable move. But is it really that surprising? Could well meaning environmentalists be in for a shock to find that a seemingly “grass roots” movement has from the beginning been initiated from the top down?

As the Calgary Herald reports, “Exxonmobil corp., the world’s largest crude oil refiner, supports taxing carbon dioxide as the most efficient way of curbing greenhouse gas emissions, its chief executive said.”

The announcement came from Rex Tillerson, CEO of Exxon Mobil, speaking at the Woodrow Wilson international center for scholars in Washington, which has served as a platform for discussing various globalist initiatives for many years. That Tillerson would make this announcement is interesting, due to the fact that the Rockefeller family, who built Standard Oil, recently identified him as “resistant” to “…take the threat of global warming more seriously”. Are we to accept this story? Was there any real resistance in the first place?

The Reality of Sustainability

Monday, January 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Jack H. Swift, Esq. - January 11, 2009

What is Sustainability?

The recent election focused upon the American voter’s dis-satisfaction with the state of our government and the state of our economy. Each campaign played upon this angst by pitching “change” but neither candidate articulated a vision of what is wrong or what might be an effective cure. The national change required is far more fundamental than anything suggested by the politicians. The problem is one of sustainability.

“Sustainability” is the great buzz word of the day. It describes a concept. In an economic context, the concept is to provide for the reliable funding of our social and economic well-being both now and in the future. In political thinking, it is a plan to provide for the continuation of our economy and government which will sustain those activities forever.

Sustainability is not a new concept. It is what conservation is all about. It first appeared in Washington politics during FDR’s administration as the concept of “sustained-yield” and was applied by law to the management of our publicly owned natural resources, most notably timber. Economically, it is a mandate that one not use more assets than one can replace and do not use at a rate faster than one can replace. It is a logical and practical approach, reflecting the essential elements of good stewardship.

The GOP Planned to Violate Federal Law, Use US Military Against Civilians

Monday, January 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

The Existentialist Cowboy - January 06, 2009

According to a planning document obtained by the ACLU, the Republican National Convention had planned to violate federal law by using federal troops to suppress and/or infringe the rights of free speech and assembly during the recent Republican national convention. According to the ACLU, several named agencies are military based, a violation of federal laws prohibiting the use of the military in domestic intelligence gathering activities. It is also a violation of the First Amendment to the US Constitution. [ACLU]

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), which provides mapping tools and imagery intelligence that are obtained from the United State’s military spy satellites, is named specifically in the report. The document obtained by ACLU supports the charge that the RNC had planned to exploit the capabilities of what is called “these top spying tools” to gather intelligence, spy on activists, media, demonstrators. It is feared that the GOP (the RNC) would have relayed this illegally obtained information to local officials or agencies in the federal government.

Chorus call for New World Order

Monday, January 12th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Patrick Wood - 08 January 2009

In economic and financial desperation, leaders around the globe are openly calling for the creation of a “New World Order,” including prominent “old guard” members of the Trilateral Commission. Is the baby about to be born?

The return of the Trilateral undead

It’s not accidental that so many of the original members of the Trilateral Commission, all of whom are now well into their 80’s, have returned to dance in the limelight once again.

TC Members like Henry Kissinger, Zbigniew Brzezinski, Paul Volker and Brent Scowcroft, for instance.

Green Machinations and Commissar Vanishings

Saturday, January 10th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Terry Melanson | Conspiracy Archive (2009/01/10)

Paul Joseph Watson wrote a story yesterday about the discovery that Carol Browner, Obama’s Energy Czar, is involved with Socialist International.

Browner, reports The Baltimore Examiner, “is a member of the Commission for a Sustainable World Society (CSWS), which is a formal organ of the Socialist International. Oddly enough, the group’s web site was recently scrubbed to remove Browner’s picture and biography, but her name is still listed next to the photo-biographies of her 14 colleagues on the commission. The Socialist International is no group of woolly-headed idealists. It is an influential assembly of officials from across the international community whose official Statement of Principles describes an agenda of gaining and exercising government power based on socialist concepts.”

Here’s the relevant (socialistinternational.org) webpage as it looks now; and here, as it looked only a few days ago.

The Heritage Foundation blogged about it on Jan. 7th. They compared the Browner scrubbing to similar “Commissar Vanishings” by Stalin in Communist Russia.

The Dangers of Disputing Warming Orthodoxy

Saturday, January 10th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

David Gordon - 1/8/2009

[Red Hot Lies: How Global Warming Alarmists Use Threats, Fraud, and Deception to Keep You Misinformed By Christopher C. Horner. Regnery, 2008. Viii + 407 pages. An audio version of this review, read by Dr. Floy Lilley, is available as a free MP3 download.]

Those of us who refuse to accept calls from proponents of global warming for drastic restrictions on production often confront objections like this:

You skeptics, blinded by fanatical devotion to the free market, ignore evidence. True enough, you can trot out a few scientists who agree with you. But the overwhelming majority of climate scientists view man-made global warming as a great threat to the world. The course of inaction you urge on us threatens the earth with disaster.

Christopher Horner’s excellent book provides a convincing response to this all-too-frequent complaint.

But how can it do so? Will not an “anti-global-warming” book of necessity consist of an account of scientists who dissent from the consensus? If so, will it not fall victim to the difficulty raised in our imagined objection? The book will pick a few favored experts to back up a preconceived political agenda.

Horner strikes at the root of this objection: it rests on a false premise. Contrary to what our objection assumes, there is in fact no consensus of scientists behind global-warming alarmism…

How Communitarians Change the US Legal System with Federal Regulators

Saturday, January 10th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Niki Raapana - January 10, 2009

Across America, the old system crumbles before our eyes. Business and homeowners in every corner of America are trying to understand how the government got so much power. Many of us are busy people who race around all day, working. Most people who own anything here have been working their butt off for years to keep it. Our people aren’t that stupid. They can see that every year their government passes a new law that restricts them from operating freely. A moron can see that all new regulations, acts, taxes, revisions, codes, and executive orders have one thing in common. It’s part of every new ruling. Ask anybody. Every new law gives some new government agency the absolute power to take our property away from us.

One way (there are several) the communitarians steal our property is through their administrative courts. These are not to be confused with constitutional courts. Often called Hearing and Review Boards, they are appointed agents of the agency who rule on agency rules. What that means is they work for the official Department that also hands out tickets and fines for infractions of Department regulations. The same guy who sits on the sub-committee writing the new regulations can also be the Hearing Examiner who presides over the meetings held to determine the guilt of person’s charged with violating the Department regulations he helped to write. Most Americans assume, because this is what we are taught, that they live under constitutional law. So when an average, busy, hard working American finds himself charged with a crime in an administrative courtroom, there is much confusion.

The Long - and Largely Untold - History Of Jewish Opposition to Zionism

Saturday, January 10th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Allan C. Brownfeld

WHILE MANY in Israel and in Jewish communities here and in other countries now promote the idea that Zionism and Judaism are, in effect, the same, and that opposition to Zionism constitutes “anti-Semitism,” the historical—largely untold—fact is that, for most of its history, Zionism has been a decidedly minority movement among Jews throughout the world.

Since its inception as a political movement in 1897, both Reform and Orthodox Jews have rejected Zionism’s basic premise of creating a Jewish state in Palestine and having Jews either emigrate to it or, at the very least, view it as “central” to their Jewish identity.

Guess Who Promoted and Supported Hamas?

Saturday, January 10th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Craig Heimbichner writes:

The above link carries a now-pulled copy of the UPI story of 6/18/02 showing the Israeli government’s support for Hamas. (I have a hard copy of the original story which I made before it was pulled from the API site; for now, this link at least carries a reprint.) This is highly suppressed information which you will not get anywhere within a thousand miles of the (laugh track cue) “news media.”

Why would the Israelis provide covert support for Hamas? Study the history of Black Ops for starters, and look at long range plans and Great Game strategies for conquest of territory, including “necessary” excuses for genocide (”ethnic cleansing”). The astute and awake readers will fill in the rest.

Afghan Opium And Terror In South Asia

Saturday, January 10th, 2009 - by Terry Melanson

Ramtanu Maitra - 06 January, 2009

Following the Mumbai massacre (Nov. 26- 29, 2008), many “important” personnel moved through the Indian Subcontinent, ostensibly with the intent of unearthing the ghastly plot that killed at least 200 people and made a mockery of India’s security. During the visits of these “important” personnel, and subsequently, only one person mentioned the thousands of tons of opium (8,200 tons in 2007, and reportedly, 421 tons of heroin) produced year after year in Afghanistan, as a major cause of the growing terrorism in the region.
