Obama on board with China’s ‘forced abortion’ plan

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

Charlie Butts - 11/20/2008

Taxpayer-funded abortion will likely increase through president-elect Barack Obama’s pledged support of the United Nations Population Fund.

President-elect Obama is expected to issue a stack of executive orders on his first day in office. Steven Mosher of the Population Research Institute (PRI) defines, in his own words, what that means. “If character is what you do when no one is looking, executive orders are what a president does without the consent of the public or even needing the consent of the Congress,” he says. “He can do these things on his own authority.”

Mosher believes one of the first orders will most certainly designate American tax dollars for the United Nations Population Fund, which PRI investigated and proved was being misused in China seven years ago. PRI’s 2001 report called “UNFPA, China, and Coercive Family Planning” discusses research conducted in Sihui County.

Propaganda is making the Truth Movement Totally Irrelevant

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

Andre - 18/11/2008

There are innumerable propaganda campaigns being launched within what has become known as the Truth Movement. I would like to discuss a few of the most prominent aspects of these campaigns, in the hopes of helping folks weed through some of the disinformation. We are going to have to understand the true nature of what we are dealing with if we are ever going be able to make an effective stand against it.

With the popularization of the internet and the monumental increase in the accessibility of information, it was necessary to subvert and neutralize any grassroots opposition to the coming global system and the mechanisms behind it, which would inevitably form if given the chance, by any means necessary. The preferred method for doing this has been to take the basic truths about what is happening, mix it with bizarre, fantastical, or emotionally significant propaganda, and then create “leaders” to distribute this tainted information.

What happens is that people are intrinsically drawn to the truth that is given by these seemingly heroic leaders that they are presented with. They then accept the disinformation that said truth is mixed with, as a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down, and because they have begin to idolize the leaders that they have been given, as it often seems humans are genetically programmed to do.

Soros-funded group becomes Obama policy font

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

Edwin Chen - 11.20.08

Three blocks from the White House, on the 10th floor of a sleek glass building, young workers pound at computers, with giant flat-screen TVs overhead. It has the look and feel of a high-tech startup.

In many ways it is. The product is ideas.

Thanks in part to funding from benefactors such as billionaire George Soros, the Center for American Progress has become in just five years an intellectual wellspring for Democratic policy proposals, including many that are shaping the agenda of the new Obama administration.

Much as the Heritage Foundation provided intellectual heft for the Republican Party in the 1980s, CAP has been an incubator for liberal thought and helped build the platform that triumphed in the 2008 campaign.

Last Will & testament of God’s banker

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

CHICAGO (WLS) — Archbishop Paul Marcinkus ran the Vatican bank.

When the Cicero native died, he left behind a mysterious financial scandal. But he also left a will that the I-Team has obtained.

Paul Marcinkus was the highest ranking American churchman ever in Rome.

For nearly two decades, Marcinkus was the pope’s C.F.O. with control of the Vatican’s vast wealth.

But that was also Marcinkus’ undoing. He provoked a billion-dollar scandal that he never explained, which sent the I-Team looking for answers in the last will and testament of God’s banker.

Economic abyss awaits

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

Larry Buttrose - November 20, 2008

AS an exhausted world rides the downs and ups of the beast dubbed the global financial crisis, US President George W. Bush insists it does not represent the fundamental failure of the free market system.

“It would a terrible mistake to allow a few months of crisis to undermine 60 years of success,” he said before last weekend’s G20 meeting. “The crisis was not a failure of the free market system and the answer is not to try to reinvent that system.”

But if the crisis has not been caused by the failure of the system, what has caused it? Bush may have suggested “unsustainable lending practices”, but they are part and parcel of the system. He may have muttered “lack of proper regulatory oversight”, but he and his neo-con fellow travellers have pooh-poohed that since they were in their ideological nappies back at Skull and Bones, the elite secret society at Yale University. In their end-of-meeting communique, the G20 leaders did nominate causes, noting “market participants sought higher yields without an adequate appreciation of the risks and failed to exercise proper due diligence … weak underwriting standards, unsound risk management practices … Policymakers, regulators and supervisors, in some advanced countries, did not adequately appreciate and address the risks.”

Retired banker proclaimed a Knight of St John in the name of the Queen

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

To this day, the reigining British monarch serves as “sovereign head” of the Knights of St. John. The queen’s cousin, Prince Richard, Duke of Gloucester, serves as “grand prior,” or chief executive.

He doesn’t have a suit of armor, he doesn’t carry a sword, and you don’t have to call him “Sir.” Nevertheless, Thomas H. Van Arsdale of Wilmington is a real, live, honest-to-goodness knight - and he has the medal and parchment to prove it.

Retired banker Thomas H. Van Arsdale of Wilmington is a newly minted knight of the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem. The ancient order is a modern-day charity, and the knighthood is an honor for community work.

Van Arsdale became an official knight of grace in the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem in an investiture ceremony Nov. 8 at the National Cathedral in Washington, D.C.

Since Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain is the “sovereign head” of the order, Van Arsdale’s new title officially was published in The London Gazette, the British court’s official journal of record. He received his knighthood in Her Majesty’s name from the head of the order’s priory, or chapter, for the United States.

Gorbachev calls on Obama to carry out ‘perestroika’ in the U.S.

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

MOSCOW, November 7 (RIA Novosti) - Former Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev has said that the Obama administration in the United States needs far-reaching ‘perestroika’ reforms to overcome the financial crisis and restore balance in the world.

The term perestroika, meaning restructuring, was used by Gorbachev in the late 1980s to describe a series of reforms that abolished state planning in the Soviet Union.

In an interview with Italy’s La Stampa published on Friday, Gorbachev said President-elect Barack Obama needs to fundamentally change the misguided course followed by President George W. Bush over the past eight years.

Gorbachev said that after transforming his country in the late 1980s, he had told the Americans that it was their turn to act, but that Washington, celebrating its Cold War victory, was not interested in “a new model of a society, where politics, economics and morals went hand in hand.”

A Historical Perspective on the Current Financial Meltdown

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

Daniel Taylor - Nov. 18, 2008

In light of the current global financial meltdown, an examination of recent history in the United States may help us to get a better handle on our present day economic issues.

The United States was successfully seized by international bankers with the passing of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913. Then, with the crash of 1929, further control was gained and great profits were reaped by its engineers. Now, these same interests have their sights set on the globe in an unprecedented power grab. Daily calls for a “New World financial Order” and global governance are now a common occurrence. Discussion of dropping the dollar as the world reserve currency and the creation of a world currency is now taking place.

How the Freemasons Rule the World

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

Mike Akpan - 17 November 2008

The Society is not so visible in most countries where it exists but its members are men of immense influence and wealth

Freemasons rule the world. This  assertion appears controversial but the facts are revealed in a recent book on Freemasons written by H. Paul Jeffers. In the book titled: Freemasons: Inside the World’s Oldest Secret Society, Jeffers states that most of the Freemasons who are the movers and shakers in various fields of  endeavour, live in the United States of America, USA, the world’s  only surviving super power.

In his extensive research on the more than 400 year-old secret craft, Jeffers has found out that out of the 5.9 million estimated population of Freemasons worldwide, 4.1 millions live in the USA and Canada. Of the remaining 1.1 million Freemasons outside the two North American countries, 550,000 live in England and Wales; 400,000 live  in Scotland, while 375, 000 are in Australia. India, Japan, Formosa, Africa and Israel account for 288,000 while Ireland has 47,000 Freemasons. Europe has 80,000 Freemasons while Latin America and the Philippines accommodate 50,000 and 10,000 Freemasons respectively.

Under Obama: no child left unmonitored

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

Obama’s plan to use education as a tool for social engineering exposes the elitist strain in his ‘Change’ campaign.

Alex Standish - 12 November 2008

A close look at Barack Obama’s education policies exposes the myth that the 44th president of the United States will point the country in a brand new direction.

Reading Barack Obama and Joe Biden’s Plan for Lifetime Success Through Education, one well-worn word just about sums up their plans for education reform: ‘expand’ (1). They plan to take just about every education initiative and policy utilised by the Bush administration and do more of it. In essence, their plan for education will expand state intervention into school life, furthering trends towards marketisation, managerialism, standardisation and testing, external accountability, intervention in family life, and making education subservient to the needs of the economy.

The world has never seen such freezing heat

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

Christopher Booker - 16/11/2008

A surreal scientific blunder last week raised a huge question mark about the temperature records that underpin the worldwide alarm over global warming. On Monday, Nasa’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies (GISS), which is run by Al Gore’s chief scientific ally, Dr James Hansen, and is one of four bodies responsible for monitoring global temperatures, announced that last month was the hottest October on record.

This was startling. Across the world there were reports of unseasonal snow and plummeting temperatures last month, from the American Great Plains to China, and from the Alps to New Zealand. China’s official news agency reported that Tibet had suffered its “worst snowstorm ever”. In the US, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration registered 63 local snowfall records and 115 lowest-ever temperatures for the month, and ranked it as only the 70th-warmest October in 114 years.

So what explained the anomaly? GISS’s computerised temperature maps seemed to show readings across a large part of Russia had been up to 10 degrees higher than normal. But when expert readers of the two leading warming-sceptic blogs, Watts Up With That and Climate Audit, began detailed analysis of the GISS data they made an astonishing discovery. The reason for the freak figures was that scores of temperature records from Russia and elsewhere were not based on October readings at all. Figures from the previous month had simply been carried over and repeated two months running.

Brzezinski: “Very different from most American politicians”

Friday, November 21st, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

He was Jimmy Carter’s National Security Advisor, a hawk in terms of foreign policy. In an interview with stern magazine Zbigniew Brzezinski explains why President-elect Obama reminds him of John F. Kennedy, what he expects from the new administration’s foreign policy - and why the US will demand a greater European military commitment in Afghanistan.

Dr. Brzezinksi, as one of Washington’s ultimate insiders you have witnessed many presidential elections.

How did you experience Obama’s victory last Tuesday?
I was with friends, watching television. I had predicted his win. But when it actually really happened, it was exactly 11.01 p.m., I was very moved.

The War at Home

Monday, November 17th, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

Paul and Phillip Collins | 2008-11-17 - When the government has changed from an asset to a liability, the power elite will simply cast it off like an old suit and look for a new host to latch onto. That means Uncle Sam will be left to deal with an extremely ticked population. They are prepared to do so with our own Armed Forces.

The Power Elite Playbook, Japan, Land of Western Industrialization Part 16

Deanna Spingola | 2008-11-17 - In Japan - “For a thousand years, it was the policy of emperors and shoguns to keep the people ignorant, and to keep taxes high enough so families had to struggle to survive, because this kept them fully occupied and harmless.”

J. P. Morgan was involved in Japan during the Meiji Restoration (1867-1912) which replaced the ruling Tokugawa Shogunate with the restored imperial family. This trade-off of power was merely a cosmetic change.

BPA leaches from ’safe’ products

Monday, November 17th, 2008 - by Terry Melanson

Susanne Rust and Meg Kissinger, Journal Sentinel - Nov. 15, 2008

Products marketed for infants or billed as “microwave safe” release toxic doses of the chemical bisphenol A when heated, an analysis by the Journal Sentinel has found.

The newspaper had the containers of 10 items tested in a lab - products that were heated in a microwave or conventional oven. Bisphenol A, or BPA, was found to be leaching from all of them.

The amounts detected were at levels that scientists have found cause neurological and developmental damage in laboratory animals. The problems include genital defects, behavioral changes and abnormal development of mammary glands. The changes to the mammary glands were identical to those observed in women at higher risk for breast cancer.

The newspaper’s test results raise new questions about the chemical and the safety of an entire inventory of plastic products labeled as “microwave safe.” BPA is a key ingredient in common household plastics, including baby bottles and storage containers. It has been found in 93% of Americans tested.

The newspaper tests also revealed that BPA, commonly thought to be found only in hard, clear plastic and in the lining of metal food cans, is present in frozen food trays, microwaveable soup containers and plastic baby food packaging.

Food companies advise parents worried about BPA to avoid microwaving food in plastic containers, especially those with the recycling No. 7 stamped on the bottom.

But the Journal Sentinel’s testing found BPA leaching from containers with different recycling numbers, including Nos. 1, 2 and 5.
