This is the person who thinks he is being very devout and religious and runs around telling everybody else that they are evil and that the devil is going to get them in the end – unless they convert to his particular viewpoint. This is literally practicing black magic. Jesus charged everyone to look for Him in every man. When someone is looking for the devil in every man, he is actually cursing and blighting the people around him! I can’t emphasize that too strongly.
