Kissinger may have said a "new global society." That's the new mantra - especially from the EU and Obama camp.

Kissinger said something in effect that the new president elect should view the current economic events around the world tragic as they may seem as an opportunity for a partnership in new global systems (think that is the phrase he used). Charlie's reply was you mean a New World Order...Kissinger then danced around the answer and mentioned we can't expect other governments to believe in our form of democracy, and that it will take time.

@Ava

No. What he did he have to say?

Kissinger has been a guest there many times; and, when he's on, it's always a hoot to watch Rose's subservient demeanor. (Rose is Trilat and CFR)

The British seem to have their head on their shoulders regarding these issues. For instance, I can't even count how many stories I've read on the global warming hoax at major UK news sources; and documentaries about it too. Also, British conspiracy researchers seem to be way more sophisticated than their North American counterparts. Things such as the Hegelian dialectic, communitarianism, sustainable development, Agenda 21, and the meaning behind Common Purpose, are grasped and expounded upon effortlessly.

The less government the better. But it really isn't government per se that these advocates desire - it's control. "Government" is only a species of control and far from omnipotent. NAFTA and the EU were created to facilitate transnational pillaging and profiting for the top 1%. And if they don't get their "world government" in name, they'll make sure an effective substitute is operational.

Personally I cannot think of anything more awful than a "World Government".
Look at the damage the E.U has already done.

A recent poll in the Bruges Group suggesting that 91.8% of the British wish
to get out of the the E.U altogether. That cannot come quickly enough for me.

All the damage, which we are being conned into believing is a "global problem",
along with all the other clap-trap, e.g war on terror and Global warming are
all massive cons, with carefully santised evidence, manipulated to suupport
what "they" are saying.

Britain for example, no longer makes anything at all thanks to Thatcher and
her cohorts. That spineless welsh git kinnock, should have told her straight
that our utilities should never been sold off to the fortunate few in the first place.

He should have also demanded that when labour returned to power they should
all be renationalised, wholesale with nothing for the shareholders. That would
have been the correct way to do things, but like I say he is just a spineless welsh
git, with a top job in the E.U. - snout in the trough then Mr Kinnock, with all the rest.

The facts about the E.U

1. By 2007 Britain had an accumulated trade deficit with the other EU member states of £383.7 billion
2. The Common Agricultural Policy costs Britain at least £16.8 billion per annum
3. The Common Fisheries Policy costs Britain at least £3.275 billion per annum
4. Over-regulation on business costs Britain at least £28 billion per annum

The Case Against a Common Consolidated Corporate Tax Base

The EU’s latest tax power grab will reduce the GDP of the fragile UK economy by £73 billion over the next 10 years, equal to each UK inhabitant paying £1,200 each or the equivalent of British taxpayers having to pay an extra 1.5p in the basic rate of income tax for each of those years.

We should get out and stay out, well over 3/4 of the poulation agree but it is lost on the politicians, who are supposed to have our best interests at heart. That is why I never vote and refuse to be on any electorial list. The council know where I am when they want their unfair council tax, thats all that matters
really.

Our industries should be restored and renationalised, coal, rail, gas, water the lot. The problem is that the Governemnts have made every member state dependent on each other like a tangled web. This is possibly why I have to phone bloody India to pay my phone bill etc.

Britiain used to make trhings, what do we do now. A nation of call centres for everyone else.
What a load of rubbish Britain has become and it is all the politicians fault. We should leave America to fight its own fake battles and manipulated wars, we have paid them for their help during WW2 - end of story, that should be it. ut there is less money now we have stopped paying them than there was when we were paying them - where has it all gone ?

People foerget that we have traded quitre happily with other countries for hundreds of years before the E.U was even thought about, yet the E.U has screwed everything up for Britain.

If we do not get out soon there will be civil diobedience in years to come. The people will demand a return to how things once were, politicians will be ousted at the first opportunity. The sheeple are waking up.
